The pizza itself was good and arrived earlier than expected. The price for a simple pizza was a bit much but is what it is. Was a little disappointed to pay $5 for delivery charge and then a tip on top of that. The part that really gets me though, you ask for contactless delivery and put a not please don’t ring the doorbell. Apparently the store management doesn’t hold their drivers accountable for actually reading and following a customer’s request. The driver was super nice but obviously didn’t read “contactless delivery or please don’t ring doorbell.

Great location. We've ordered several times from here now, only one time was the order late, and even then it was barely a few minutes late. Pizza always arrives nice and warm, and usually arrives early. Best location to order pizza from in this area. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: They seemed to have stepped there game up, so we will see. I like the new big sausage they offer now. They seem to be putting more pizza sauce and cheese on the pizzas which makes them taste better. They could still use some improvement like putting more sauce on the wings. We will try again soon to see how they do. Quick delivery this time also. We were happy. I will move to 5 stars once I see they have consistently improved. Old Review: It's a shame really. I always thought PJ's was the best delivery pizza. But this location is the worst. It's filthy, the people are immature & rude. The food is gross & sloppy. They skimp on toppings & sauce, it always has bare spots with no toppings or cheese & it's unevenly cut with huge bubbles. And to make it worse, they have the longest delivery times of anyone.

I order from this Papa John’s store frequently because my grandkids love their pizza and wings. Tonight the delivery was taking longer than usual and when I called to find out where my pizza was the shift leader, Alex answered the phone, he was kind, patient and professional, even though I was slightly upset that it was taking so long for our pizza to be delivered. He offered to credit me for the pizza and even offered to send a new one out. I told him that wouldn’t be necessary. We would just wait for our pizza to arrive. We finally got our pizza and then about 15 minutes later a different driver showed up with a fresh and hot pizza. I told the driver to tell Alex thank you but that was not necessary and then a short time later my phone rang and it was Alex just checking to make sure that I received the pizza, this was an incredible example of customer service. Alex went out of his way to turn a bad situation around and did it with great professionalism. I hope his manager reads this because he needs to be praised for his actions. Thank you Alex!

I ordered when I was already on the way there. I didn't have to wait long. All the staff were working hard and efficiently. Kyle and the rest of the crew were kind and polite. Nice job guys!

Just picked up a pizza from Papa John’s, and it was fantastic! The pizza was hot, fresh, and made to perfection with a generous amount of toppings. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready right on time. The pickup process was seamless, and the pizza stayed warm until I got home. Definitely my go-to place for quick and delicious pizza!

One of my favorite "munchies foods", and really my only go-to pizza from a chain place is one with ranch sauce instead of pizza sauce, 3-cheese blend and Philly steak. Extra steak if im feeling hangry. I can only get that at Papa John's and everytime I order from this location, they get it right and its delicious. Tonight in particular both the pizza and cheese stix are on point, baked just right. Much to all of the pizza crew at this location!
